RETURN POLICY

We know returns happen. It's cool, we want satisfied customers. If you open your package and decide that our products are not for you, you've got 7 days to send it back.

Follow the instructions below and give us a shout if you're not satisfied with your purchase.
1. Email us at hello@180hair.com
2. Provide your order number and the condition of the hair
**Hair extensions will only be accepted back in the original condition, with labels and bundle bands still in tact
3. No explanation required (although we might ask!)
4. After we receive your email, we'll provide instructions on returning your bundles. Once your bundes are returned, we'll contact you and send a refund.

The customer is responsible for shipping cost, and we can not refund that amount.
