Your Scalp Isn’t the Problem, It’s the Clue
If your scalp has ever had you switching products like you’re in a toxic relationship…you don’t need another random tip.
You need the missing piece that makes the whole thing make sense.
Not another oil.
Not another style.
Not another ‘maybe this will work’ product.
Just… understanding.
The Scalp Care Mini Course is for the woman who has tried enough things and knows her scalp issues aren’t random. But also, wants the knowledge to figure out why they keep happening.
Think of this like sitting down with a friend who finally explains what’s been going on, without judgment, overwhelm, or trying to sell you 17 products.

This Course Contains 7 Lessons.
Each lesson builds on the one before it, to help you narrow down what your scalp is responding to.
Lesson 1: "Why Your Scalp Keeps Acting Up"

Itching, burning, random reactions, confusion! You can’t figure out why. This lesson helps you spot the common triggers so irritation doesn’t keep sneaking up on you.
Lesson 2: "When Protective Styles Aren't Actually Protecting You"

Get a little uncomfortable because that “protective” style might be quietly working against your scalp! If your scalp feels sore, dry, or stressed with your style, this lesson helps you understand what’s actually protecting your hair and what’s working against it.
Lesson 3: "Your Scalp Might be Overloaded Not Dry"

Do you feel products just don’t work anymore? Is your scalp coated or flaky? This lesson shows you how to clear the buildup so your scalp can finally breathe, receive moisture, nutrients and products again. FYI, if your scalp is overloaded products may not work.
Lesson 4: “Is Your Hair Weak One Week and Stiff the Next?”

Does your hair swing between brittle, stiff, limp, or overly soft with no consistency? This lesson helps you understand what your hair is craving so it can feel strong and flexible. Learn the reason protein vs moisture matters (and why this affects your scalp too).
Lesson 5: “Your Scalp Is Hungry and Products Can’t Feed It”

Yes. Stress, food, dehydration, low energy might be showing up on your scalp. This lesson helps you connect the dots. Your scalp reflects how depleted you’ve been feeling..
Lesson 6: "Flakes, Bumps, Sensitivity What’s Really Going On?"

Stress and inflammation don’t always look dramatic but they still do damage. Is your scalp always inflamed, bumpy, tender, itchy, or irritated? This lesson gives clues to what your scalp may be reacting to so you can respond clearly. Your scalp symptoms are never random!
Lesson 7: "Why Your Scalp Changes With the Weather”

- Your routine didn’t stop working… the season just changed. If your scalp behaves one way in the summer and completely different in the winter, this lesson helps you adjust with the seasons instead of feeling like your routine stopped working.
This course is for you if…
- You keep wondering if your scalp issues are “serious”
- You’ve learned a lot about hair… but still feel like you’re guessing
- Your scalp acts up in cycles and you can’t pinpoint why
- You’re tired of buying things hoping they’ll work
And especially if…
- You don’t want to be overwhelmed
- You don’t want to feel judged, rushed, or pressured
- You just want things to make sense
This course is NOT:
-
A quick fix. A diagnosis. A product push. A boring lecture (promise).

Hey, I’m Kendra 👋🏽
And if you’re here, chances are you’ve already tried a lot.
Different products. Different routines.
Different advice that sounded good… but didn’t actually explain what was happening.
This mini course was created because I kept seeing the same pattern over and over again:
women doing “all the right things” for their hair yet still feeling confused, frustrated, or stuck.
Not because they weren’t trying hard enough…
but because no one ever gave them the language to understand their scalp.
I don’t believe in throwing information at people and calling it education.
I believe in helping you connect the dots between your scalp, your habits, your body, and your life.
I’ve spent years studying ingredients, routines, scalp health, and holistic hair care but more importantly, I’ve spent years listening.
Listening to women.
Listening to patterns.
Listening to what shows up when hair is under stress.
This course isn’t about becoming an expert overnight.
It’s about becoming aware.
Aware of what your scalp responds to, what’s helping, and what’s working against you.
Aware enough to stop guessing and start making grounded, aligned decisions.
My teaching style is honest, practical, and fun (no pressure).
You don’t need to know everything.
You don’t need to fix everything at once.
You just need a starting point that actually makes sense.
And that’s exactly why this course exists.
A Quick Note on My Philosophy
When I talk about scalp and hair health, I don’t separate products from people.
Hair is biological - Scalp is living tissue - And both respond to nourishment, stress, consistency, and care. Not just what’s in a bottle.
I approach hair health through:
- education
- systems
- and a deep respect for the body
If you’re ready to understand what your scalp is asking for, you’re in the right place.
And I’m really glad you’re here.
